I've spent over 25 years captivating audiences around the world. Based in Sydney, Australia, I know what it takes to connect with people, keep them engaged, and leave a lasting impression.

The gap in the boardroom
I watched brilliant leaders stand up to speak, only to be undermined by a weak voice or nervous body language. They knew what to say, but had never been taught how to physically embody it.
Twenty-five years teaching dance and fifteen as a personal trainer gave me a deep understanding of the body: how it moves, where it holds stress, and how to condition it to perform under pressure. That is the part most coaches simply cannot teach.
